Julia Olkin M.S., CF-SLP

A Virginia native, Julia is a clinical fellow in speech-language pathology. She earned her Bachelor's from the University of Virginia in Speech Communication Disorders in 2023 and went on to receive her Master's from The Pennsylvania State University in Communication Sciences and Disorders in 2025. Julia's clinical interests include articulation and phonological disorders, expressive and receptive language delays, literacy, feeding, central auditory processing disorder (CAPD), and autism spectrum disorder (ASD). She has previously worked with children on early language development, reading and writing skills, articulation, and augmentative and alternative communication (AAC). Julia sees clients in the Charlottesville clinic and in-home through early intervention in Waynesboro and Staunton.

When she isn't in the clinic, she loves to spend time with her fiancé, dog and three cats! She frequently attends UVA football and basketball games, and loves skiing and spending time with friends and family!
