Ana Claire Heermann M.A., CF-SLP

Ana Claire is a clinical fellow in speech-language pathology. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Human Development from Virginia Tech, as well as minors in Language Sciences and Music. She went on to receive her Master of Arts in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Ana Claire has gained diverse clinical experience working with both children and adults in a variety of settings, including public school, private practice, acute care, inpatient rehabilitation, and outpatient facilities. She has experience working with articulation and phonological disorders, receptive and expressive language delays, gestalt language processing, fluency, social/pragmatic language, childhood apraxia of speech, literacy, cognitive communication and augmentative and alternative communication (AAC). Ana Claire currently sees clients in the Charlottesville clinic.

Ana Claire is passionate about working with children and is committed to creating a supportive environment where they can flourish and grow! She values building strong, collaborative relationships with her clients and their families.

Outside of the clinic, Ana Claire prioritizes spending quality time with her family and friends. She enjoys cooking, singing, and serving her community through volunteering at her local church.
